Stressful on top of a...

Liked: It was clean and convenient
Disliked: The clerk who checked us in let us know that we would not be getting points because booked thru booking .com. I thought I had dialed the number for the front desk. My bad should have asked do we missed out on our points. Then I let her know is we needed the 6:30 shuttle to the airport and she informed me the shuttles were filled. I booked this room for the free shuttle. She nastily asked if I didn’t know how to call an uber or taxi if I needed to get to the airport. She became ruder when I told her I booked this room because of the free shuttle. Will never stay again

Disappointing

Disliked: We did not get the room we originally booked .. front desk attendant said it was “sold out”. Brought in a rollaway bed that took almost an hour, our 3 kids were so tired from traveling. Not very clean. Pretty disappointed
