Wouldn't recommend this hotel, left us stranded after lying to us about their shuttle service.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The shuttle service they lied about.

False advertising for 24 hour...

Disliked: When you call the hotel directly regarding this property (called twice) they say they have airport shuttle 24 hours and they don’t. The whole reason this hotel was chosen was for that purpose alone. Ended up having to arrange an Uber for 5:30am for $46.00. Very frustrating. The man at the front desk was not helpful and disappeared to the back office in the middle of our conversation. I called the hotel line so he could hear them tell me of the 24 hour shuttle service for this hotel that they don’t have.

Nice hotel—hated to be forced...

Liked: Only had coffee. Staff had very visual tip jar out! This was for self service breakfast and coffee.
Disliked: Fifth floor, no hot water in sink! If the sink faucet ran for 3+ minutes, water from faucet was slightly warm only. Was afraid to take shower if the sink faucet had no hot water!! Told front desk. Polite employee but with no hot water the cost of my room should have been complimentary or drastically reduced !! Staff not helpful !!

Ok, won’t stay there again

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Paid for parking but there were not enough parking spaces. The shower water did not have hot water. The outlet did not work, so my electric didn’t charge.

Plenty of room for improvement,...

Liked: The breakfast was good and opened promptly. The front desk attendant the morning of Feb 2 was also super. Room appeared clean.
Disliked: Not nearly enough parking and the spaces were too small (I drive a minivan). The front desk attendant the afternoon of the 31st did not know how to check people in efficiently. The evening attendant on the 31st had poor communication hand off with morning staff. Also hot water was not available at 6 am of Feb 2.
