Would be a 10 on...

Liked: Very clean and spacious room, lovely facilities. Order in desk in lobby to get food delivered and local menus available
Disliked: One elevator did not work, card key for room was unreliable. All the sanitizers in breakfast area were empty. Bathroom door had to pushed with your body to get it to shut fully. I e machine on our floor did not work, had to go to third floor to get ice.
