Liked: The cleanliness, the room was nice, breakfast was good
Disliked: I only booked this room due to the indoor pool and hot tub do to a back injury, however when I arrived I was told the pool and hot tub was out of order. Which Ok I understand accidents happens. But to not offer a discount was disappointing and upsetting. Yes they offered a full refund, but that puts the customer in a bad situation, especially those coming in from out of state of another city to try and look for something else on the spot. I just feel there should have also been a discount giving. I felt the front desk staff at check-in wasn’t very friendly or helpful kind of rude when I was asking questions concerning the pool closure and a discount. I suggested to him to let the owner know there should definitely be a discount when situations like this occur. Or maybe contact customers before arriving to the hotel by phone call or text.
