We were very impressed with the level of service and the cleanliness of this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and we appreciated the hospitality. We already have plans to return to this exact hotel next year for the Big 12 tournament. Thanks again to the terrific staff.

Liked: It was as expected. Clean room and well lit parking lot. The only thing that bothered me was there was no hair dryer in the room, and with expecting there would be, I didn't bring one.

Disliked: The staff was VERY friendly and helpful, however made a mistake checking us in, and gave us a room “Belonging” to another reservation…The staff quickly noticed the issue and corrected this, however it involved refunding the first credit card charge and then re-swiping the card again for the “new” room, etc….less than 30 minutes to correct the issue….

Disliked: The ONLY issue we encountered was the commode not flushing properly….Upon notification, the staff attended to it…..
