Disliked: Breakfast ☹️ You need to have an MICROWAVE available for your guests. The Breakfast is a high light of staying at this hotel. Great idea & good food!! But NO WAY to keep anything hot. You would get more returns, I guarantee, just because people won’t have to be told, “No we have No Microwave.” That was odd & unfortunate.☹️ You can afford a microwave in every room, which is an expected amenity. But, Having a MICROWAVE To Keep Your Hot Breakfast Hot & Easily Reheated…. Would be only kind & courteous than remembering everything was great but my breakfast ended up cold by the time I waited to get in line etc….Ask your workers how often are they asked if they have a microwave in the Breakfast area.Other than that, everything was great!

Liked: The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the location.
Disliked: We tried to check in three different times and was told they didn't have a room ready. The room was finally "ready" at 4:45 (check in was at 3.) The air conditioning unit was full of food and trash. There was several different kinds of cereal, mints, candies, and even plastic utensils in it. We went to set up the pull-out bed for our son and there was dried up Romen noodles stuck to the mattress pad and the was no bedding for it in the room anywhere.

Liked: I liked that the place was clean and well appointed.
Disliked: I requested the room to be cleaned and by the afternoon it still hadn't been cleaned. I think they forgot my room so I requested to just have the trash cleaned when I saw housekeeping and they were happy to oblige.
