Unpleasant experience overall due to...

Disliked: The coffee maker in my room didn’t work and was never replaced. Breakfast wasn’t kept warm. The complementary drinks weren’t hot when they were supplied. Most of the time there was no coffee/tea

Will not go back to...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Staff on Sunday morning were disrespectful when I told them that some of the breakfast items were still frozen. I was also not able to have breakfast at the hotel on the 9th as it was not served on time.
