Liked: Size of room and breakfast
Disliked: Put 2 requests in for early check-in and never received one response from the hotel.Booking . Com notified me that the request was sent.I checked in with 2 adults and 3 children, specifically choosing a room with a pull out bed. But when arriving there were 0 sheets or pillows for the bed. When I asked for them the front desk attendant asked me to check that there was a mattress, as I assume arent automatically in a room that says "pull out bed"

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was delicious and fresh
Disliked: The fact they let us check into a room that wasn't even made up. They were fully booked so we had too get new sheetz an shit so we could stay because it was late and we had work early in the am

Waste of money.

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: The spa and gym were closed which wasn’t mentioned upon check in. The pool area was dirty and during the time the pool was open it was being treated so our children couldn’t even enjoy it. Instead of treated the pool during the 8 hours in was closed to the public.

Checking out

Liked: Nice place to stay and breakfast was included.
Disliked: When I checked in my credit card was charged one amount, when I checked out I was given a receipt with another amount. Will I be given a refund?

Horrible! Will never be going...

Liked: Dirty & the manager Heather was extremely RUDE.
Disliked: They need to update their website and photos because apparently it hasn’t been updated in 10 years but advertise a nice, new clean facility.

Disliked: The hotel is under renovation and the hot tub is closed which I was never informed of and was the main reason I picked that hotel
