Liked: Clean, large rooms and new feel to the hotel.
Disliked: It would have been nice if they had a bar area like the Cambridge next door.

Excellent place to stay in...

Liked: Very nice place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location near many shoppes and restaurants. Room was clean, WiFi was good, and overall I’d happily stay here again.
Disliked: No complaints.

Disliked: The room had a bad smell. We were on the 3rd floor. A lot of jumping or hard walking on the 4th above us. Very loud slamming of the doors. Lots of kid noise

Close to the Mayo with...

Liked: The room was updated with modern conveniences. Lots of electrical and USB ports, powered window coverings, a decent TV, K-cup coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Parking was free, unlike the Marriott properties near the Mayo.
Disliked: I would prefer laminate flooring to carpet in the rooms.

Best place to stay

Liked: Great location, easy access to Mayo and Desert Ridge Mall. They are very accomodating, friendly, courteous. Property is spotless, breakfasts are great with lots of choices.
