Fabulous, will come again
Liked: The staff was so kind and helpful, especially the kitchen staff with my small niece and making her a pancake when it wasn't on the menu for the day.

Liked: The location, property distribution, room and clean environment.
Disliked: When I arrived at the hotel to check in, my reservation was not available, probably because I had made the reservation online approximately 20 minutes before the check-in. The manager hoisted me on the check and lacked customer service courtesy. I took some moments of stress on my part because she did not explain the possible reasons why my name was not ready in the system. Even though I showed the reservation's confirmation e-mail, I airmailed the hotel to check-in. My reservation was unavailable immediately; she acted indifferently to give me a solution. A few minutes later, she realized that my reservation did appear in the system after she left the front desk unattended. I assumed that making the reservation online approximately 20 minutes before my arrival was the reason for the misunderstanding. The manager who assisted me with the check-in lacked customer service courtesy. I experienced a moment of stress as I waited for her response regarding why my reservation was not ready in the system, even though I showed her the confirmation email
