Fabulous, will come again

Liked: The staff was so kind and helpful, especially the kitchen staff with my small niece and making her a pancake when it wasn't on the menu for the day.

It was okay

Liked: The location, property distribution, room and clean environment.
Disliked: When I arrived at the hotel to check in, my reservation was not available, probably because I had made the reservation online approximately 20 minutes before the check-in. The manager hoisted me on the check and lacked customer service courtesy. I took some moments of stress on my part because she did not explain the possible reasons why my name was not ready in the system. Even though I showed the reservation's confirmation e-mail, I airmailed the hotel to check-in. My reservation was unavailable immediately; she acted indifferently to give me a solution. A few minutes later, she realized that my reservation did appear in the system after she left the front desk unattended. I assumed that making the reservation online approximately 20 minutes before my arrival was the reason for the misunderstanding. The manager who assisted me with the check-in lacked customer service courtesy. I experienced a moment of stress as I waited for her response regarding why my reservation was not ready in the system, even though I showed her the confirmation email

Horrible staff, no electricity, no...

Liked: This property was bad all the way around. Staff was rude (except for maintenance and housekeeping) no heat or electricity my first night. My father is handicapped and we were in an assessable room but when our heat and electricity went out they did not have another room for us. My father was not able to use his cpap machine. They would not call in after hours maintenance to fix the issue. Housekeeping told us they were not supposed to rent that room because they knew it had problems. Furniture was all very dirty and stained. We called IHG customer service and they were supposed to handle this situation for us but they could not get in contact with the property so they told us we had to talk to the front desk…..front desk did nothing and told us “there’s nothing we can do”. The following morning the staff didn’t even know we had issues with our room and acted like it was our fault. I was told I was getting a credit but the credit did not come. Booking.com couldn’t even get in touch with the property. I will never stay at an IHG property. I paid $803.00 for two nights and had no heat or electricityn I deserve a refund.
