Liked: We woke up with a live tick in our bed. We tried to speak to management and contact management but no one will return our message. It is very concerning that this hotel will not address someone finding a big that causes infectious diseases in one of their beds.

Very nice place

Liked: The first room they gave us we went in and the beds were stripped down and the floor was vacuumed so they put us in a different room. Much better but the bathroom light flickered when you turned it on. Overall it was a very nice place. We survived thru it and the breakfast was very good. Would stay there again.

Disliked: There was not any apple juice and it would have been nice to have ice available to chill the juice.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Beds were nice.
Disliked: Mold in grout in bathtub. Room description made us think the suite was 1 bed in one room and 1 bed in another room. Hotel was picked because it had a indoor pool and hot tub. Disappointed when we arrived and hot tub wasn't available.

Disliked: My granddaughter slept on the pullout couch the first night. And broke out in hives. Second night she slept with me and was fine.
