Convienently located, would stay again...

Liked: It was conveniently located to the Kia Center and Universal. The staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Shuttle service to Universal was a plus.
Disliked: No luggage carts available upon checking in even after the front desk called for them. The shower was not clean and the floors were dirty around the bed.

Clean and Great Location to...

Liked: clean, fresh towels everyday, breakfast was good, staff was great and helpful. It is a universal studios partner hotel with a dedicated staff and bus.
Disliked: small rooms for a holiday hotel, might need more soundproofing, coffee is mid with a costa machine and there was no eggs today (coz of shortage) but totally understandable.

Liked: Average hotel. Sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Washer and dryer was on two floors, but non of them working.

Exceptional

Liked: The location, the kind and professional staff and breakfast. Rose was exceptionally nice.

Liked: Breakfast, the omelettes were very tasty
Disliked: When I left, I had a couple of bug bites. Not sure why but I had several bites pf my legs not sure if there were bed bugs or fleas from it being a pet friendly hotel however my two daughters were bitten up as well

Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night. But everything was just fine. The room was clean. I appreciate the great experience!
