Liked: The location of the property was perfect!! For the most part, this hotel was very clean and appealing!! The staff went over the top to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel!
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable.

Liked: Located near stores and restaurants-some walking distance
Disliked: The workout room was way too warm. Water of some sort would have been nice

Disliked: I’m handicap and my room door was very difficult to open. Carpeting was in the way I think

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful. Great assortment to choose from and the food was nice and hot. We were there with 2 kids and even saw many other families with children and yet our room was quiet and the hallway wasn't very noise.
Disliked: The gentleman at the customer service desk when we walked in at 6pm wasn't overly friendly. He made it feel not so welcoming. The pool area was small and very loud even with only a few people. Would have loved to have a hot tub.

Liked: The girl at the front desk...I forgot her name...was exceptional. She could not find out reservation and researched, talked to the manager and got us all worked out...I praise her work ethic.

All in all we'd stay...

Liked: Breakfast was very good, and the staff members preparing and serving it were excellent.
Disliked: The fitness center could use a trash can and water source for drinking water. The TV had been removed so there was no way to catch up on news during a workout. Equipment was in great shape and adequate for a workout. Also, there was no way to regulate the temperature of the fitness center, and it was pretty hot in there.
