Liked: The hotel was newer
Disliked: My brand new 2024 pick up truck, along with 50 or so other vehicles were vandalized in the parking lot in the early morning of January 21st. Every car that was vandalized had a minimum of 3 flat tires and significant body damage due to the perpetrator running and hacking at vehicles with a machete. The hotel staff were absolutely no help and immediately let all of us know they aren't responsible for damage to our vehicles. There were fireman staying here that couldn't get to the fire and the hotel staff did absolutely nothing to help. I was in town for a funeral and didn't know anywhere to take my vehicle to have the tires replaced, and they didn't offer ANY assistance or suggestions, even when I asked. They have security there, but who know where they were, obviously not doing their job if 50 plus cars and trucks were vandalized. It cost 1500 for 3 new tires for me to be able to get home, this isn't including the body damage to my brand new truck that isn't even registered yet. Holiday inn corporate does not give a crap either. I will never stay at another holiday in as long as I live because of how they handled this situation.

Huge bed bugs and bad...

Disliked: Huge bugs. Rooms not clean. Atrocious customer service that can’t be bothered.

It was good, the breakfast...

Liked: I loved the structure and how organized everything was.
Disliked: I couldn’t find the stairs and since I’m afraid of elevators, I had a hard time going up and down.
