Hotel was ok, but still...

Liked: Location
Disliked: They didn’t have my reservation and already filled by reserved suite. Booking.com did send reservation to hotel even though they sent me confirmation number. Hotel staff said not to use your service because this always happens. No way to reach booking.com to resolve. I was pissed and may not use service again.
