Disliked: I stayed there for two nights. The room was extremely cold on the first night, so I turned the temperature up to the highest setting. The next morning, I went to the reception to report the issue and also asked if I could change rooms. They told me there were no available rooms at the moment, but assured me that they would check the heating system and resolve the problem that same day.Unfortunately, nothing was fixed. I returned to my room around midnight and once again turned the heat up to the maximum, but the room remained cold. The next morning, I woke up feeling cold and sick. I informed the reception again, but they didn’t respond or offer any assistance.Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

Liked: Our stay was not what we expected. Upon arrival, we checked in and were giving the key to our room. We got to our room and it was dirty. The sheets had hair and food on them. The room was also very congested and not practical ; Mind you I was staying with my family ( 2 adults and 3 children under 5). We asked for our room to be changed and it was to a different layout. We had to bring all our stuff up with no help. When we arrived in the new room there was bed linen missing and towels and such missing aswell. The bathroom shower had a leak and was dripping all night which was very disturbing. It just wasn’t an enjoyable experience especially for me and my children.

Liked: The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and comfortable. I extended my stay at the hotel instead of an ABNB.
