I can’t say enough good...

Liked: The service was excellent!! I give great thanks to Yashira, Amanda and Poco!They all gave exceptional service and I will stay there again for sure!
Disliked: Everything was great! No complaints!

While the location was great,...

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There were stains on the bedding, towels, and carpet. Staff was extremely unprofessional.

Nice facility with some flaws

Liked: Very new, clean.
Disliked: Check-in was very slow and unprofessional. Paco referenced calling the police multiple times for people checking in before us, there was a 20+ minute long line.In the evening, loud dog barking between 12:00 AM and 2:00 AM was bothersome, clearly from a nearby room.The room thermostat was in celsius and wouldn't cool down between 23 degrees, which was quite toasty.
