Stayed at the hotel for Summerfest. Nice staff, room was nice with an extra pull out bed. Kids liked the pool, and it stayed open later which was nice. Free breakfast was good and there was room to sit. It was farther than I thought from the festival but easy ride. I would stay here again.

Liked: Breakfast and housekeeping The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Room 214: When hanging my clothes on the clothes rack it fell off the wall. Was given another room.Room 227: No desk chair. 1 of the bed head boards light missing. Several of the electrical outlets didn't work. The white window shade was missing and rolled up in the the closet along with the chain.After reporting these issues one of the staff members was aware of this problem and stated to the desk clerk that I never should have been assigned this room.

Disliked: There was a power outage for a long time period in which me being stuck in my room, in the dark and was unable to take my scheduled night medication due to the darkness. It also had gotten very hot and very uncomfortable to lay down and wait to the power was restored.
