Liked: Front desk staff were nice. Building is okay. Price was reasonable.
Disliked: I tried to cancel my reservation several days in advance. I messaged within Booking.com. I called multiple times. I was told by Booking I'd have to contact the property myself because no one was responding to them either. I wanted to cancel because my aunt who was supposed to meet me there had to cancel due to medical reasons. Every time I called I was told it had to be approved by a manager and there was never one there. No manager ever called me back. I was told a manager would be in a 3pm one day, so I called at 4:30pm, and they had not shown up. And then I called the day of the reservation and was accused of having waited too long, that I had to cancel with more than 24 hours notice. Cancellation policy is a ridiculous joke if no manager will return calls or approve the cancellation.
