Worst night i have ever...

Liked: nothing, this is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at, how this hotel can have this rating is a mystery to me
Disliked: I have never stayed at a hotel this bad, it was impossible to get any sleep due to noise and sounds going on for the entire night, the elevator system and vent system was going on full power all night, even after being awake and on a long travel for over 24 hours, we couldn't fall asleep. At 4 AM we managed to pass out. I went to the reception in the morning and asked for another room, and to be fair they actually were apologizing , but i got a sense they were not surprised and have had this complaint from this area before, they told us they only had one other room and we could go and check it out, when i went to see it i could immediately hear that the climate vent were sounding insanely high and there were no possible way of shutting it off, i told the reception that it would not work out and they offered that maintenance could come and patch it up and "hopefully" it would work out, because it wasn't possible to turn it off. that was not a possibility for us so i asked to cancel rest of our stay and check out which they then did. The guy in the reception were not able to give any refunds he told us to wait until a manager came several hours later, and we didn't want to wait for that, so we checked out and left.
