A very comfortable room, but...

Liked: The room was lovely and comfortable and the concierge was friendly.
Disliked: The level of snacks on offer were very limited - I wanted a sandwich or something more than chocolate or instant noodles. The information about the free shuttle was limited - the info on booking said that it ran between 6am and 11pm, but after waiting at the airport from 10pm until nearly 11pm, I had to take an uber. The concierge told me it doesn't run both ways and I should have called. Also, I couldn't get the temperature right (I don't like AC!), I turned it to a warmer setting and it was very noisy everytime it kicked in - it kept waking me up.

Liked: breakfast was good, room was good.
Disliked: air planes taking off every 90 seconds until 4 am . could not set outside and have a conversation and drink from the airplane noise.

Liked: Close to the airport. Staff was very attentive. Clean rooms. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Price was higher than I wanted.

Liked: The closeness to airport and cruise port ideal location and easy to get user down town for exploring !
Disliked: The pull out sofa bed for kids was very uncomfortable as you could feel every spring !
