Disliked: I'm checking in. It took the front desk 15 minutes to get there. Get to our room 408 and it smelt like burnt popcorn. Went back to the front desk. Was told it was nothing they can do but give us some spray. So we stayed in room 408 with the smell of burnt popcorn rusted tub which made it very very uncomfortable the whole night. Then this morning 8 :30 a.m. wrong service is banging on the door. We told them we check out at 11:00. Another room service came at 9:45 banging on the door hauling room service we check out at 11. :00 this was the worst experience I ever had at a Holiday inn Express
