Kids birthday party ruined my...

Liked: The lady at the front desk was very kind when I approached her.
Disliked: I don't think birthday parties should be permitted at the hotel. I was training in the pool for my job and a big kids birthday party came in and completely took over the entire pool. I had no room to do laps and my kids were practically trampled on. Luckily I told the nice lady working the front desk about it and she talked to the huge group of 10 people having a party that the pool space needed to be shared. I'm sorry but I think this should not be permitted as it got very unsafe with the kids jumping and diving anywhere they please. Don't know if I will be coming back to this location. Might continue to look for other hotels to train at.

Bucket List Trip Base

Liked: I was on a bucket list trip with my dad. He wanted to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. This hotel was a perfect central point to visit a museum each day and head to the Cleveland airport the last day. The staff, especially the woman who took care of the breakfast each morning, the housekeeper from our floor, and the afternoon/evening front desk clerk were all so friendly and helpful. I'm sorry that I do not know their names to mention them personally here. The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were quiet.
Disliked: Honestly, there is nothing that I can say about the hotel. It fit our needs perfectly.
