Clean, comfortable and friendly

Liked: When we got to our room, it had not been cleaned and this was 5 in the afternoon. The girl at the front desk was so apologetic and gave us a different room. Later we went to get some pop at the front desk and she paid for it. The entire staff were so kind and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Was a great place to...

Liked: The breakfast was good, but was the same menu every day. The young lady working the front desk in the evenings while we were there was fantastic....great personality, friendly, and you could tell she loved her job. Went out of her way to do whatever to make the stay more enjoyable. All of the staff was nice and friendly. We liked the location...off the freeway a bit but close to everything.
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

This was a wonderful hotel...

Liked: The room was comfortable, the staff was positive and helpful, and the breakfast was the best free breakfast of any hotel we've been at.
Disliked: Our room was on the side that was close to the freeway and we could hear traffic noise. We were able to run the AC and that helped drown out the noise.

Not a fun stay

Liked: I have stayed at this location many times before over the past 7 years or so. It is a great central location near many points of interest. The beds are fairly comfortable, and the room was fairly quiet.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk could not have been any ruder to my daughter and me while we were there. We stayed 3 nights, and she always acted annoyed with us no matter what reason we needed to talk to her. After the first night, our room was not cleaned and I called down to ask about that, and she very rudely said that she had told us the night before that the room will not be cleaned unless I specifically asked. I do not remember her ever telling me that the night before. She was even rude and annoyed when I had to go down and ask for towels because we had none since our room was not cleaned. I was paying to stay for 3 nights and I actually felt like a burden and a pain to this Hotel. I had never felt that way before, so I am very disappointed and will not stay here ever again.
