Disliked: Well the only think that I had a problem was the hair dryer,there wasn't one in the room but I told the lady at the front desk, and she had one send to my room. and new at that so I didn't had no issues with my stay

Liked: The room was comfortable and the property was safe. All but 1 person at the desk were excellent. Whoever worked the desk Monday evening, not so much.
Disliked: Our room was not cleaned. We were told they only clean the rooms that people checked out of. We had to ask for towels on 2 different days because we were not told our room would not be cleaned. I think the breakfast shouldn’t only be one type of egg. Mondays breakfast only had omelets that were ham and green pepper. There should always be plain omelets or cheese omelets with the others. The rest of the breakfast was very good. The lady at the desk Monday night told my wife that a guest had actually spit in her face because the room wasn’t cleaned. I think a police report should be filed and charges made against that guest. I would also bar them from ever staying at an IHG hotel.
