Liked: Shay was a jewel. She was so nice, stayed in April also & was looking forward to seeing her again. She is just so pleasant.
Disliked: Everything was great. I didn't need my room cleaned, I'm a tidy person & it stayed nice till it was time to return home

It was fine, kind of...

Liked: Nice rooms, location was fine, getting to the hotel, road was not marked well. Room was nice sized, nice amenities, was ok as far as clean. The people that worked at night were nice and polite.
Disliked: When you find a black hair on the toilet and in the sink, and you are a strawberry blond and your wife is a blonde, it makes you wonder how clean the room is. I will say it looked clean. The breakfast had a very nice selection, sausage and omelets were cold, the sausage gravy was warm at best for the biscuits . In the morning it was hard to find someone to check out. We waited 5-10 minutes, my wife asked if anyone was around, no response. We took our stuff to the car and I went back in to check out . Three nice ladies there were very polite to work with, it was interesting how they scattered when I started asking questions about check out. I did get help and she was very professional and polite. I do not want to say I did not like being or staying there. I just know that the people that work for you at this location are probably very good at their jobs. I know that if I could make improvements I would want to know when, where and how I could make it better.

Liked: The staff was incredible, so kind! I also had the BEST sleep due to the incredibly comfortable bed.
Disliked: Breakfast was okay. It was basic hotel breakfast. Adding cheese would really help! Guests could then make cheesy eggs, breakfast sandwiches, etc.

I was greeted nicely when...

Liked: The location was nice.I didn’t use it but the option and bag and go breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Our room-the carpet was extremely damp. The dampness was even in our linens. When I woke up in the morning my hair was damp from the linens.I’m sure it was possibly from cleaning the carpets and not being able to air out the room, but it was really wet.
