Liked: Staff, room, and breakfast were all good.
Disliked: Pool was not open, and that's why I picked this hotel, very disappointing, as the staff said it should have said that when I booked, but it did not. No one offered me a partial refund

Liked: Food was decent and it was a clean place to stay at for 1 night.
Disliked: Unfortunately we did not get the room we paid for. They don’t have 2 room queen suites at this property. Had I known this wasn’t available I would have picked a different hotel. The room was not worth the price we paid.

Disliked: It was so noisy the room we was put in was on the backside by Sams Club Store loading and unloading docks the semis where in a d out all night with there refers on there trailers running the beds are terribly uncomfortable and the air conditioner fan was broke making all kinds of noise when it kicked on one of the most miserable nights I've had in a hotel in a long time especially for the price
