Liked: The fact that the staff helped us switch to a different location
Disliked: We were not made aware that the pool and hot tub weren’t working and when traveling with a group of kids that was very unfortunate, also I still have a hold on my card for a room that I never used

Clean, New & great breakfast!

Liked: The hot tub & pool area was so nice. Towels were placed on every chair and a bathroom next to the facility. Beds & pillows were good as well. We didn’t use it but they even have underground packing. Great for Wisconsin winters.

Disliked: The A/C would cycle and didn’t turn on until the room was uncomfortable. That kept waking me up.

Liked: One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at! Workout area was top notch. Rooms are nice size, clean and beds and pillows are comfy.
