Liked: Comfortable bed; very nice bathroom.
Disliked: Traffic noise at times.

This was one of our very best hotel experiences ever. The Holiday Inn Expess was fabulous! Super accommodating staff; rooms so clean; breakfast was amazing and so nice to have the shuttle service. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! The staff had balloons and birthday cake for our daughter and upgraded us to a suite. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Liked: Breakfast was great! Plenty of option and fresh fruit.
Disliked: The evening check in clerk was not polite and courteous. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder about something....She could use some help in showing courtesy and kindness to all customers! Also, she wouldn't speak up so I could hear what she was saying. Check in was not pleasant! A Co-Worker arrived later and said she had a bad experience with the same check in clerk.

great hotel, unhelpful reception staff

Liked: room was spacious, clean and comfortable. breakfast was delicious, had everything i need. it is a great hotel, but reception staff clearly were not helpful.
Disliked: free wifi was spotty in my room, but it seemed to work in other areas of the hotel well. Reception staff were quite unhelpful. I arrived late at night and the woman in the reception barely looked at me while checking me in. Next day, I run out of coffee capsules in the room, asked the reception, the same woman said someone was going to bring it up to my room. I went upstairs, waited, waited, waited, until I called the reception to learn that the hotel had run out of coffee capsules. I mean, having or not having the capsules is OK, the issue is the lack of communication. I asked to borrow an umbrella one day, another woman in the reception said they did not have it. I asked for a receipt for this same woman, they could not issue it to me (said only booking.com could issue that, which is not true, because booking.com says the hotel handled payments, so they should issue my receipt). If it were not for the unhelpfullness of the reception staff, this hotel would have been a great experience!
