Disappointing

Liked: The room itself was excellent. The room temp was spot on and adjustable, and the bathroom accommodations were exceptional. Great water pressure in the shower and water that heated up quickly.
Disliked: They charged me a $50 damage insurance fee or something or other, which is okay, but they wound up charging me twice and charged me an extra $28 for something neither I nor the GM could recognize. Thankfully the GM worked with me on it and I should receive a refund but after I checked my bank tonight the refund had turned into an extra $78 charge. My hope is that by morning tomorrow it'll fix itself. However I will not be staying here again.
