It was great other than...

Liked: It was great other than no hot tub and the pool was very very cold.

I will never stay here...

Liked: The bed was comfy and the shower was hot
Disliked: The shower tub was extremely slippery when it got wet, the curtains for the shower had what appeared to be toothpaste on them. The front staff man was not very polite when we first got there and was extremely rude to costumers. The overall stay is not what the website made it out to be.

Liked: Nice
Disliked: Booked a two bedroom suite. After check in we went to our room and it was a two bed in one room layout. We went back to front desk and they told us that they didn’t even have any two bedroom suites. The only reason we stayed there was because of getting the extra bedroom so that sucked! We feel that was on booking.com so will not be using them in the future. The hotel was otherwise good and had a good breakfast.

Over all our stay was...

Liked: I think the breakfast could have been better. The bacon was nothing but crumbs and pieces. If you're going to have sausage have both pork and turkey, not just turkey.
Disliked: After traveling for 4 plus hours we were ready to get into our room and relax. We arrived at approximately 4:00pm and our room was not ready due to issues with staffing in house keeping. The person at the front desk was very apologetic. We were not the only ones who had to wait.
