Disliked: No decaf coffee available in lobby, except for breakfast fare.Also your artificial sweeteners are carcinogenic. Try Splenda instead.

Trip to the beaches

Liked: This place was clean and well maintained. Wi-Fi was ok. The only this was the door to the cabinet the housed the refrigerator was broken and would not stay closed.

Room #218 sucks!

Liked: I liked the amenities & the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was nice & clean. Pool & hot tub were sufficient.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that we were told we could not have an early check-in or late check out unless we were members of the Holiday Inn Express. I joined, and they gave us a 1 hour later check out. I also feel that we were given the worst room in the whole place, maybe because we weren't members!? The floor in our room had a constant vibration & we listened to the laundry machines switching through their cycles for our entire stay. The room above the laundry room should be offered as a last resort & it should be at a significantly discounted price. In a 3 floor hotel, there were other options available & I booked on line ahead of time. Very frustrated!!!

Liked: I booked three rooms two the three rooms were great at first. One of our rooms was not turned so we had to get a different room after that our stay was wonderful.

Liked: I like the continental breakfast and I like access to the pool and hot tub and how close it is to the casino for my pool tournament.
Disliked: What I most definitely did not like was the insane amount of ants that was in my room for the entire week that I stayed there. I started to leave a little bit of a sugary drink out on the nightstand every night so that I could start my battle against getting rid of the ants. Every morning I would dump it out and see anywhere between low 20s to almost 50 Ants in My Cup. Pretty disgusting to stay in that place with ants everywhere.
