Good

Liked: Accommodation was clean and facilities were good. Rooms were big.
Disliked: Breakfast was served on paper plates and with plastic cutlery. It would improve the experience if that would be changed to normal cutlery and plates.

Very good

Liked: The room was very spacious and accommodating.
Disliked: We arrived with a lot of luggage just to find the elevator not working. Our room was on the 2nd floor. They didn't offer to take our bags up for us. Being elderly I could of gotten badly hurt.

My stay was way better...

Liked: Check in was quick and easy. Clean grounds, lobby, and room. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Stopper in bathtub didn't work well. Water was slowly going down

Liked: As always, their free breakfast was awesome. We always hope they serve their sausage gravy and biscuits when we stay. They didn't let us down. Price for the accommodations is well worth the free breakfast.

Liked: Hotel is fine for business purpose and location it serves
Disliked: Obtaining a proper receipt was impossible, despite booking adamantly insisting hotel should privide one.....communication was way too difficult.

Overall, I was more than...

Liked: The breakfast was very nice, with a good assortment. The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice.
Disliked: I have no recommendations for improvement.
