Disliked: During my stay, I witnessed employees bringing individuals, reportedly their boyfriends, to the workplace wearing ski masks. This was not only highly unprofessional but also incredibly alarming and made me feel unsafe.When I brought this matter to the attention of management, I was met with indifference. No accommodations or reassurances were provided, which only added to the distressing nature of the situation.As a paying guest, I expected a safe and professional environment. This experience fell far below the standards I associate with your brand.
