Great stay

Liked: Staff is wonderful!! Hotel is being renovated. We were in a room that has not yet been renovated so we better understand why they are renovating. Room was rather dated. Couldn’t get TV to work and gentleman from desk worked very hard to figure out what was wrong and finally fixed. Prior guest had unplugged a number of things and he figured it out and fixed it.

Not to best Holiday Inn...

Liked: - Location was great very accessible to everything needed and beach / social activities! - Staff was nice and courteous.
Disliked: - The floor we stayed on smelled like a smoke shop, we joked about getting a contact high! - Breakfast options are great and cooked well, however, they start to breakdown before posted hours and food is out before allotted schedule. - Shower / tub floor was not desirable.

Overall: I like the holiday...

Liked: Breakfast was descent... only tried it once
Disliked: Room 229 every night leave dirty linen and Trash in the corridor.The occupant also enter the elevator shirtless and barefooted. During my first night: he was extremely loud.

Liked: Pancake maker was broken breakfast was good other than that
Disliked: First room had mold on the desk chair so I questioned the cleanliness of the room. Pictures I seen on the internet showed a couch in the room and there wasn’t one there …front desk did change our room but to queen bed so it couldn’t accommodate my family
