Liked: Most of staff was very polite and courteous and very helpful .
Disliked: Was a staff member in at night that wasn’t helpful appeared she didn’t care .Large group with kids staying there running up and down hall loud as late as 11:30 pm playing on elevators going floor to floor .

Disliked: You didn’t ask about using our points and instead charged a Vietnam Vet for driving from Ca all the way across the states to get to a Vietnam Reunion after 15 years of driving there. At least 50 years that reunion goes on so no one can say they didn’t know. Why don’t your fort words say do you want to use your points. Is it because we are in our late 70s and past. I’m so ashamed of what you did to these two people and may report you !
