Disappointment

Disliked: The pool doesn't work, and there is an old small TV with no Netflix or other external connections, just old-fashioned cables. The shade was broken, and you should call reception to operate it (but the phone didn't work as well)

Disappointing.

Liked: Standard hotel, room was clean. Kind staff.
Disliked: POOL CLOSED! Not disclosed on booking.com. Receptionist at the hotel stated the pool has been out of service for over a year. No mention of this on booking.com, I searched with criteria of indoor pool and it was one of the first to show up, functioning pool in photos. Continental breakfast was sub par.

Would recommend this hotel. Accommodating...

Liked: Good breakfast - I especially liked the white egg veggie omelette. The staff were very accommodating - they kept the buffet open for a few minutes until we were able to get there - time had gotten away from us. The mattress and the room were comfortable and the room was quiet. The desk clerks were cordial and helpful.
Disliked: The pillows - too big

Liked: Our room was so spacious clean and comfortable .The breakfast was very fresh clean and adequate.
Disliked: Our light switches were a bit funky and cool air blew from a unit on the wall the entire time

Liked: Val on reception was AWESOME. The location was fantastic, quiet but still lots nearby. Clean and tidy hotel with good sized rooms. Breakfast is adequate and facilities including a tuck shop and laundry were an excellent bonus.

Good value, great location, staff...

Liked: Everything was clean, staff friendly. Our room was clean, well stocked, only downside was that bathroom needed some updating but nothing we couldn’t work with for a weekend.
Disliked: Bathroom needed some paint and love
