It was disappointing!

Liked: We were disappointed before getting there…
Disliked: They charged our card before our arrival. When we booked via Booking.com, we selected the option of paying when we arrived at the hotel. To our surprise, the hotel charged our card before we even left home! Moreover, they charged us more than our reservation fee indicated! The breakfast was subpar! They didn’t ask if we were IHG members. Our room had no scenery, we were literally facing the concrete slap of the roof of the hotel. Terrible!

Comfort

Liked: A total hit was the breakfast and staff ! Fair price and great customer service
Disliked: Some light maintenance issues (the bathroom door wasn’t closing) but wasn’t that big of a deal. Staff was so kind and apologize.
