Liked: Location was relatively good as its close to the central part of the city.Breakfast has some good items, hot.Room was spacious Shower and faucets had good pressure.Most staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Also, location wasn't great as the way the roads are from the parking lot access, always had to make a big loop to drive to places.Most parking stalls are tight.Some really loud cars daily by the window.Room cleaning was inconsistent in showing up, had to notify front desk.Room was cold, no way to warm.Pullout bed was old and uncomfortable.Fridge freezer kept melting and making things wet.

Bad

Liked: The person at the desk was awful and treated me bad cause I was white! She changed when my dark daughter came in! I made a huge complaint and still have no answer I canceled my reservation cause she threatened to cancel it and I still do not have my 375 dollars yet!!!This was so bad and if you’re white and blonde don’t go!!!I want my money back now!!!!
