Satisfied

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Breakfast included although the taste can be better. The location is not so friendly if you don’t drive a car.

Great coffee hotel

Liked: The coffee was excellent, the hot food was good, the place was clean
Disliked: The person doing check in was very unpersonal, no smiles, no giving a welcome

Liked: Property was clean, rooms and shower were clean. Staff were very friendly, they accommodated late check out. Breakfast was mediocre however at least it was available and one less meal to pay for. Tonnelle ave is awful but they really don’t have much choice over that I’m sure..

Overall stratifying

Liked: Clean room with decent space, fridge and microwave. Not much noise from the road or corridors.
Disliked: Very basic breakfast. no free bottle water in the room. The heater was loud, had to turn it off during night time.

The location was perfect for...

Liked: The location was really helpful for us to be able to catch a Uber/Lyft to the Barclays Center.
Disliked: Nothing.
