The front desk night staff...

Liked: I liked the room, It was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Limited parking which was not mentioned. We reached by 11:40pm had to go and find public parking space. The car entrance is not seen clearly we had to go around and find.

I wish my stay was...

Liked: Room was awfully warm, thermostat couldn't adjust to a cooler temperature, I called to the receptionist as soon as I entered the room, because I sleep better in a cool temperatures. It doesn't matter if it is winter, not all guests will prefer heat in their room because is winter time. Plus the lowest this thermostat go even under cool settings is 68 degrees. anyway, I called the receptionist, she told me she is checking couple of guests in, and will come up to check it out for me as soon as she is done, but guess? she never called or show up. Funny enough I kind of expected that to happen because of her demeanor and the way she welcomed us when we initially checked in.
Disliked: 1) The fact that I never had a restful night because it was too warm in my room.2) I was told on arrival that the parking space is not available, was initially asked to park on the street, because there are some parking spaces which were reserved for other people. Even though on the hotel website, it indicated parking is available on the property. So the kind valet guy, subsequently found a spot for me and parked my car.
