Disliked: The cleanness.Bed sheets and pillows were dirty.I spilled water on the floor and cleaned it with a tissue. The tissue turned balck.The level of clearness is disappointing. The room is disgusting.

Fantastic for families

Liked: We had a fantastic stay. The staff were incredible and the hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable and perfect for a family. The room we stayed in was spacious with a great view onto Manhattan.
Disliked: I don't have anything negative to add to this review. Anything that I'd say would be petty and would down to personal preference and would not be an accurate reflection on the hotel or the staff who work there.

Nice sized rooms, hotel is...

Liked: Jersey City close to the Hudson river is a nice location and Hobogen is a nice district - trouble is, the hotel is not close enough to either - it's in a no-mans land!Walking by the Hudson river is nice with great views of ManhattanStaff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Location is worst aspect - right next to the Holland Tunnel road so constant traffic until the tunnel shuts at 11pm (thankfully!) There are no local facilities (shops / restaurants) or any residential - it is all commercial around the area.The hotel is 20 minutes walk from Hobogen PATH station via industrial type roads and Newport PATH station is more than 15 minutes walk in the other direction.Breakfast was only ok - pretty limited; for all plates, utensils etc to be just disposable and single use - not very environmentally friendly....
