Liked: Room was very clean. Sheets were so soft, not stiff or scratchy, and bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for Christmas shopping.

Quiet, Clean & Comfy

Liked: Super comfy bed/ comforter & very quiet room. Great location easy access to all the different parts of Jax.:Beaches/Northside, San Marco, Downtown....
Disliked: My heater in the room wasn't working but the lady at the front desk offered me a space heater & that helped. The next day the manager offered to change my room but when I checked the new rooms heater wasnt working either it seems to blow cold air....I checked an hour later still cold..... so maybe its tbe new system they have? Anyway everyone was very helpful & nice trying to help me be comfortable.

Liked: Great hotel to stay at as we are driving down to Florida for winter. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast. Relatively new property so quite pleasant stay
