Exceptional

Superb

disapointing

Liked: Joseph from front desk. Breakfast is good too
Disliked: We encounter a cockroach upon arrival in the room. A big one. We brought this to attention first of front desk ( not Joseph) around 1 am and then during the day. In all occasions, the complaint was dismissed and we heard comments like : oh, you should know it is bug season", " well, so what", and oh, this kind of roach does not cause infestation. close your suitcase. Finding the roach was bad, but the attitude of the staff upon this issue was way worse. Also it was noisy for lack of insulation and difficult to sleep

All in all, the hotel...

Liked: The breakfast was fine. The egg omelets were just ok Not sure if there is a hospital near this location, but therewere a lot of sirens all night long.
Disliked: The toilet felt like we were sitting on the floor. Why don't hotels put high toilets in their bathrooms?

Liked: The Staff was nice and I appreciated that it was pet friendly. Towels and bed were great
Disliked: The shower soap dispensers. The light switch had something brown on it. And the toilet paper roll wasn't brand new.

Positives Outweigh the Negatives

Liked: Conveniently located. Clean. Comfortable. Reasonably priced for the location.Excellent front desk and breakfast buffet personnel. Housekeeping needs improvement.. The personnel are friendly, but not all of them seem to understand the basics of what needs to be done.Nice pool, guest laundry facility, and fitness center. Very nice breakfast room and always well stocked. Really like that some healthy choices are available such as fresh fruit, oatmeal, boiled eggs, and Greek yogurt.
Disliked: Housekeeping needs to be consistent from day to day. During our several day stay the floor was only vacuumed once. In room coffee service supplies weren't always restocked. Trash wasn't always emptied.Maintenance is also iffy. The automatic solar shade/blind is broken. The bedside light doesn't work properly. The hairdryer only works on high. The handheld shower head holder is broken. The door locks don't work properly but I'm told they are being replaced throughout the property in a few days.Despite the negative aspects I would stay here again.
