I would stay again. Even...

Liked: Convenient and quiet. Desk staff and shuttle personnel were great!!!!
Disliked: Communication with housekeeping.Breakfast cook during week morning was bad.

Liked: Most of the staff are very nice
Disliked: We were on the list for the shuttle to Mayo Clinic, came down Right on time and they had already left us. We set it up 24 hours in advance And stayed there specifically for the Mayo shuttle but the man on the early morning shift didn’t tell the driver there were others on the list and didn’t even have the courtesy to wait until 630 before they left. So we had to Uber and it was expensive

The hotel met our needs...

Liked: Breakfast was fine, nice view from our room, pleasant staff, near restaurants and a grocery, and close to Mayo Clinic.
Disliked: The TV and couch were not together, and we like to sit up while watching.
