Liked: The rooms were really nice and just a nice comfortable environment
Disliked: The online add said they had an indoor heated pool which from my understanding would mean the pool was actually heated but the location said since the pool was in a heated room that means the pool is heated.

Liked: The rooms looked like they were uodated
Disliked: The first room had no power to the heater. I was moved and the next room the heater would only work if you set it to 78. So I’d have to blast the room with heat and turn off before going to sleep. The shower did not get hot both mornings. Cold showers into a cold room with no heat isn’t very pleasant.

Liked: Everytime we stay at a holiday inn express our family is super comfortable and enjoys the stay.

Liked: The overall building looked clean. Staff friendly.
Disliked: The room floors were dirty and crumbs under the bed. There were red spots that randomly appeared on the bathroom floors and walls.
