Liked: We really liked the variety of food choices for breakfast and hot foods were hot-that’s a bonus. Also we loved the pool and hot tub. So many hotels don’t offer such amenities anymore. And our room was always well stocked with towels and very clean. Wonderful!
Disliked: ? Can’t think of anything!

Liked: 24 hr pool, spa and fitness area. The breakfast was great then cinnamon rolls r amazing.

The amenities weren’t worth the...

Liked: It’s in a convenient location with an indoor pool which was the main reason for our stay.
Disliked: The evening front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. The elevator quit working so we had to lug all of our stuff up and down the steps. Check in was an hour late which we were originally okay with, but on top of everything else, it added to our displeasure in the end.

Liked: Nothing. I didn't like anything. The noise from the construction right over top of our room from 6:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. constant banging. I went for a relaxing weekend away for my anniversary and was so stressed out by the time I left. The bed was hard. The pool was nasty dirty. The hot tub was drained on Saturday and filled back without being cleaned. There was no relaxing at all.

Over all pleasant staff and...

Liked: Staff as very nice and helpful. Hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. I drive a little further to stay hear as opposed to the Hotels in Ashland, KY because it is a better overall experience.
Disliked: The breakfast has minimal selections for fruit. Bananas are all they offered. Would like to see some healthier alternatives. Fresh fruit and eggs without cheese or dairy in them. Gluten Free, Dairy free, sugar free options. Let’s go. Lead the way in healthy breakfast to start your day with a great meal not loaded with preservatives
