Overall the room was okay...

Liked: The front desk clerk that was there on Friday was very helpful and nice. It ended on Friday, the rest of the staff was nonchalant and not helpful. I asked for more towels on Saturday morning as we were preparing for a funeral. The front clerk said he didn’t have any and continued doing what he was doing. Saturday evening, we still didn’t have any towels so I asked the front desk clerk, she went to look for some and came back with only small towels. She stated that due to the large number of guest, they were low on towels. This is the first time that I have heard of that because most hotels that I visit always have a huge supply of towels. I had to go to Walmart and purchase towels.

Disliked: Bathroom sink would not drain. Had to use tweezers to hold open the drain.
