Liked: Conveniently located to our destination. Front desk staff went beyond their ‘Call of Duty’ as Booking.com never updated them on the change of our reservation but made all the necessary accommodations.

Disliked: "continental" breakfasts anywhere - everywhere - are all just empty protein-free sugared-up garbage. might be better if you just stopped offering this amenity. what is represented as sausage is not. the bread-objects are just starch that converts to sugar. i've stopped eating at hampton, quality, and holiday. better for me to just find some Wal*Mart deli food the night before. Wal*Mart deli food tastes better, and is longer-burning non-sugared food fuel.
