Very nice place to stay...

Liked: I love the cleanliness, variety of breakfast items, on site laundry facility. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. My family enjoyed the stay.
Disliked: Taking the stairs when the power went out. I do understand it was out of the staffs control and did what they could to inform guest of the situation. They also made sure guest were comfortable during the time the power was out.

Disliked: Rooms were damp feeling.. you could hear water dripping.. in walls ? Fridge leaking water.. smelled musty! Door between rooms had gobs of dust dirt around door facing! Needs cleaned!! Bathroom showers .. trouble pulling knobs out for water n shower!! Rooms need renovating!!! Bad shape!

Never stay here again

Liked: We had no electricity and instead of the staff moving us to another room with electricity they made us stay and wait to see if it would come back on. We were without electricity for over 6 hours

Liked: Just the friendliest staff. Help so much. From the front desk to bar/food to security. Rooms clean and well outfitted. And, so close to Houston Methodist.
