Liked: The hotel was clean, secure, and well-maintained. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The bed was way too soft and caused me to have back pain during the night. In fact, I had to eventually move and sleep across the bottom of the bed just so my body wouldn’t sink down like it did on the rest of the bed.

We had a fabulous time...

Liked: The location was great! Plenty of parking spaces! The hotel smells really good! Beautiful decorations for the season! Best of all , the Assistant Manager , Mr. Lam was exceptionally nice and professional in helping us with a very smooth checking in ! We really appreciate his excellent customer service and support! We highly recommend this place for all our friends and family and plan to come back for future trips when we are in the area!
Disliked: Not a big deal but, maybe more choices for tea bags and fruits .
