It was a great place...

Liked: Close to I45, NASA, Great Wolf Lodge - lots of restaurants, free breakfast
Disliked: Rooms need to be upgraded - old carpet that smells

Amazing hotel.

Liked: We love staying at Holiday Inn Express. We have stayed at this particular one before and loved it so much we returned. The staff are friendly, the room is a good size and the beds are comfortable.
Disliked: There is nothing we didn't like.

I had a wonderful stay...

Liked: I enjoyed the spacious queen suite that accommodated my family. The location of the hotel was secluded and ideal.
Disliked: I did not like the fact of housekeeping not providing clean towels even after dirty ones were placed outside the door. The breakfast area for the food was very compact and they ran out of some foods.

I was uncomfortable!

Disliked: The staff asking to many personal questions !!!!!! Lady mopping the floor at check out time!!
